Langtang Valley Trekking one of the shortest and enjoyable walks around Nepal central Himalaya within Langtang Himal, located directly north from the capital city Kathmandu and the valley where one can get views of the mountains as well.

Certainly a great scenic and cultural country walks where one can join in this lovely treks that leads you into Nepal first mountainous Langtang National Park ever to be established within high Himalayan hills enriched with Flora-Fiona where elusive and rare Red Panda habitats with other wild-life.

Starts with exciting overland journey from Kathmandu to reach cooler hills at Dhunche the headquarter town of Rasuwa district and home to Tamang people the indigenous tribe of Nepal Himalaya, concentrated more around Langtang area.

Walk begins from a Syabrubesi village and then heading through farm lands and villages to reach higher areas within deep forested areas around Langtang Khola / River gorge, heading past Langtang village where you will have time to explore the Buddhist culture and custom of the local Tamang people.

From here onwards tree lines disappears for short alpine bushes as walk enters at Kyanjin for overnight stop in one of its nice cozy lodges, located in the midst of Langtang valley surrounded by peaks. With time here for short hike rewards you with spectacular panorama of whole Langtang mountains range with Manaslu and Ganesh Himal towards north-west with Jugal Himal and some peaks across the border within Tibet, after a great time head back to the road-head for drive to Kathmandu with wonderful memories of Langtang Valley trekking.
