Next day starting after breakfast with short drive to famous Hindu Phasupatinath Temple with golden tier pagoda roofs with four silver sided doors, the temple is busy every day with pilgrims and disciple from all over Nepal and India the main occasion is in mid February “Shiva Ratri” birth anniversary of lord Shiva.
From here a short drive to Little Tibet at Boudhanath, declared as the largest Buddhist shrine of South Asia. The ancient colossal chorten built in the 6th century A.D. by King Man Deb. With series of three terraces and from the bird's eye view it takes the relevant shape or of a lotus flower which indeed remains a very holy object for all the devout Buddhists of the world. 
The chorten surrounded by a circular market of Tibetan influence, the chorten embraces the authentic philosophy of Mahayana faith of Buddhism known as Lamaism in Nepal, Sikkim, Ladakh, Bhutan and Tibet. 
EncountersNepal Tour continues with short drive to Patan city, situated south of Kathmandu separated by a bridge over the River Bagmati. Patan also known as Lalitpur meaning city of Arts, visit the old palace courtyard (Durbar) fascinating tall terracotta house with intricate window carvings, and stone temple of Krishna with a pillar of Garuda the vehicle of Lord Vishnu and as well of Lord Krishna. 
Then heading back with a drive to Kathmandu with a tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square with full of arts and culture. There are many monuments of historical significant places to see over here are five storey Temple Nytapola, 55 Windows Palace, Golden Gate, Lion Gate and many more. After a grand interesting time here drive back to Kathmandu with rest of the afternoon free at leisure.

EncountersNepal journey continues to famous, picturesque Pokhara valley on the main Kathmandu / Pokhara highway following Trisuli River and then to rafting put in point at Fisling village, here meet our River guide who will brief on safety measures on rafting and regarding exciting rapids, then raft on the great river Trisuli fed from the glacier of Ganesh and Langtang Himalaya, float for few hours encountering white water and rapids and then ending this thrilling rafting by the bank of the river and then continue journey to Pokhara. 
Drive leads past many rural farm villages and towns then reaching at Pokhara by the pristine Phewa Lake after 5-6 hours of interesting drive. In Pokhara tour of wonderful areas exploring deep caves and Seti River deep gorge and other places of interest and then starting the trek from Nayapul in the warmer area and then to cooler areas on the old trek leads to beautiful Gurung villages at Ghandruk the highest spot of this trip at 1,960 meters through forested area of tall rhododendron, magnolia and pines tree lines with constant views of snow capped mountains, then finally reaching the highlight of this trek at Ghandruk a large Gurung tribe village for overnight stay and explore the traditional Gurung villages and its museum of Gurung way of life as it was for many centuries and then finally ending this overwhelming trek to Landruk / Tolka and Dhampus village with constant views of magnificent chain of Himalayan peak and drive back to Pokhara by the lake Phewa.

Trip Itinerary:

DAY 01
Arrival Kathmandu, reception at the airport by a representative of Encounters Nepal, transfer to a Hotel in Kathmandu. Welcome drink. Meet the Manager from Encounters Nepal for tour briefing.
DAY 02
After breakfast, guided city tour to the World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu such as Swoyambhunath (Oldest Buddhist Stupa in the World), Pashupatinath (Hindu’s Temple), Boudhanath (One of the biggest Monastery in the World), Patan Museum, Golden Temple (Buddhists’ Monastery), Tibetan Refugee Camp. Transfer to Hotel for overnight rest.
DAY 03
After breakfast, guided city tour to the World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu such as Kathmandu Durbar Square (Old Palace), Swoyambhunath (Oldest Buddhist Stupa in the World), then visit Bhaktapur city, the ancient town in Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel for overnight rest.
DAY 04
After breakfast, drive by car through the scenic highway on the bank of the Trisuli River. Stop at Fishling for 3 hours rafting on the Trisuli River. Continue drive to Pokhara, transfer to a Hotel..
DAY 05
After breakfast, city tour in Pokhara such as Devi’s Fall (Natural Water Fall), Gupteshwor Cave and visit Mahendra Pul to view the underground Seti River and International Mountain Museum. Boating on Fewa Lake for one hour in the afternoon. Transfer to Hotel for overnight rest.
DAY 06
Pokhara to Ghandruk (1960 m) via Birethanti (1040 m): Drive to Nayapul (New-bridge) for two hours. Trek starts from Nayapul. Ascending Ghandruk via Birethanti (1040 mtrs.), one can see mules loaded with goods en-route. Walking distance is 5 hrs. Stay overnight in Ghandruk.
DAY 07
Ghandruk to Tolkha (1770 m): Descend through the paved courtyards of Ghandruk village passing several teahouses. After crossing a stream on a suspension bridge, the trail emerges into the main Modi Khola valley & reaches to Tolkha, a small settlement at 1,710mtrs. Walking distance is 5 hours. Stay overnight in Tolkha.
DAY 08
Tolkha to Pokhara (850 m): The trail descends a forested trail paved with stones. The trail descends passing several teahouses at Bheri Kharka, and then descends further to the head of the canyon & to the ridge at Dhampus (1510mtrs). Continue a few hundred meters along a trail to the road that descends to a taxi stand. Walking distance is 6 hours. Drive from Phedi to Pokhara. Stay overnight in Pokhara.
DAY 09
After breakfast, drive back for 200kms through the bank of the Trisuli River to Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel.
DAY 10
Rest day and shopping in the afternoon. Stay overnight at Hotel.
DAY 11
Farewell and transfer to international airport for onward flight
